Position Summary

This per diem position is clinical in-office and remote training of digital dentistry CAD/CAM solutions. This position is responsible for training the dental office on the product after the sale. As a per diem role, work hours will not exceed 20 per week.

Do You Possess These Skills and Attributes?

  • Clinical experience working in a dental office
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM Technology
  • Knowledge of Digital x-ray equipment which should include capturing and enhancing x-rays
  • Basic understanding of imaging software
  • Basic understanding of tooth preparation for impression taking
  • Basic Understand of Dental Anatomy and procedures
  • Basic understanding of impression taking
  • Basic knowledge of lab work
  • Basic understanding of materials used for placement of restorations

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  • Provide orientation and training of all procedures related to digital imaging, i.e. capture and enhancement for the Oneview product.
  • This includes using sensor aiming devices, related placement aids, and adjustment of radiation exposure.
  • Training staff on the image enhancement tools within Oneview (digital xray imaging software), digital workflow of the CAD/CAM process and integration into the office.
  • CAD/CAM responsibilities include training dental team on preparation of restorative site, scanning site, software fabrication of restorations, milling of restoration, placement of restoration, and final adjustment of restoration.
  • Flexibility is required to accommodate customer's schedules.
  • Ability to follow strict training protocol.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Clinical Dental experience with a minimum of 1 year and/or minimum 2 years CAD/CAM training
  • 1-3 years of scanner, 3D printing, design software, and milling equipment
  • Certified Dental Assistant preferred
  • Registered Dental Hygienist preferred
  • Must be available to travel on an as needed basis to support in office training requests
