About the role
The Digital Dental Laboratory Technician – CAD/CAM Designer is responsible for designing and producing dental restorations using computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology. This role requires a strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials, as well as proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce dental restorations using CAD/CAM technology
- Collaborate with dentists and dental technicians to ensure accurate and efficient production
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as CEREC or Planmeca
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
