Key Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality dental restorations using 3Shape and Exocad.
- Oversee digital designs for anterior crowns/veneers, anterior implant restorations, full-arch/large bridge cases, and implant-supported prosthetics.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain strict functional and esthetic standards.
- Troubleshoot digital workflows and refine case designs.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior CAD/CAM technicians.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new dental materials, and manufacturing technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of dedicated dental CAD/CAM design experience.
- Advanced proficiency with 3Shape Dental System and Exocad.
- Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
- Familiarity with Zirconia, Layered Zirconia, E.max, PMMA, and implant components.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and a natural leadership mindset.
Preferred Extras
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation.
- Experience with complete scan-to-restoration digital workflows.
- A strong artistic eye for cosmetic and esthetic design.
