Digital Demand & Retail Planning Manager

Responsibilities
- Own and/or assist Sr. Planning Manager to develop bottoms up 12-18 month rolling forecasts at the style/color level, based on history, trends, promotional activity etc. and adjusting forecasts on a weekly basis to accommodate changes in trend for DTC and Amazon businesses
- Aggregate forecasts into comprehensive 12-month revenue and margin plans, and manage the seasonal OTB for DTC and Amazon
- Maintain and manage actual performance against forecasts, making weekly and monthly adjustments to unit and key financial metrics based on sales insights
- Clearly communicate variances, providing supporting details
- Call out potential issues and/or risk of actual sales vs projected sales against forecast, plan, LY, etc.
- Partner with DTC cross functional partners and Amazon internal and external business leads to develop and distribute weekly reporting on sales performance and inventory levels (Sales, margin, AUR, units, ST%, WOS as it pertains to particular digital businesses)
- Conduct end-of-season reviews, analyzing seasonal sell-through against targets to identify opportunities and risks for the next season
- Collaborate with Sr. Planning Manager and the merchant and DTC team to analyze the business, maximize style performance, and identify OTB opportunities or risks
- Develop and maintain effective replenishment forecast models, based on demand patterns, and partner with supply planning on maintaining required service levels, with the appropriate levels of inventory
- Partner with Commercial/Sales team on promotional pricing cadence and daily sales and margin plans
- Continually identify business risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve sales, margin and inventory productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years experience wholesale of retail inventory management, forecasting and demand planning experience, especially as it relates to replenishment programs
- Experience with OTB (open-to-buy) planning, especially as it relates to DTC, E-Commerce and/or Amazon in the apparel industry
- High proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets
- Detail oriented with mindset focused on data accuracy and strong communication and organizational skills
- SAP or similar ERP experience required
- Knowledge of Tillerman a plus
- Advanced capabilities in Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in wholesale or retail inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Pay
The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
