Digital Content Specialist

Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist for a 6-month contract to support the strategy, development, deployment, and analysis of CRM campaigns. These communications target Independent Business Owners (IBOs), customers, or a combination of both.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, agencies, and the CRM production team.
• Identify CRM deliverables and manage all aspects of the campaign, including planning, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Submit use cases and other supporting artifacts for review and approval.
• Schedule creative downloads and update content briefs.
• Manage creative routing, finalize proof comments for agency edits, and provide final English HTML for the translation team.
• Conduct in-depth QA of emails in each language for all ANA markets, verifying links, artwork, videos, and market availability.
• Provide insight and explanation to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities.
• Track campaign progress (activities, milestones, deliverables) and re-estimate work as necessary.
• Send final CRM creative to internal stakeholders for reference.
• Provide on-call support for end-of-month email communications and urgent 24/7 communications per established protocols.
• Serve as backup for the email coordinator.

Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience in digital content and content writing.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital campaign management.

Pay

$38.00/hour.

Schedule

This is a fully onsite, 6-month contract position based in Grand Rapids, MI. On-call support is required for end-of-month and urgent communications.
