Digital Content Specialist
About the role
As part of the talented Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the management and optimization of product content, digital assets, and online retailer relationships. This role maintains accurate product information within the PIM ecosystem, administers the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, and ensures product content is effectively distributed across retail and ecommerce channels. Position is located in Fond du Lac, WI, with a hybrid workplace category, no travel required, and direct reports. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
- Handle ‘Contact Us’ cases within retailer portals to implement corrective measures and resolve problems efficiently
- Regularly review retailer and dealer online presence through audits to maintain brand integrity and optimize product representation
- Manage the Online Authorized Seller Program by overseeing all documentation, coordinating communications, leading recurring status meetings, and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
