About the role

The Branding & Communications team develops and executes internal and external communications strategies globally and across the firm. The team is focused on protecting Millennium’s reputation, demonstrating industry leadership and supporting a wide range of business initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support WorldQuant’s brand, executive positioning, recruiting efforts and broader business priorities
  • Manage the WorldQuant content calendar while maintaining visibility into Millennium’s social calendar to support aligned, integrated planning
  • Social media initiatives as needed, including content planning, campaign coordination, reporting and platform management
  • Pitch and develop new content series, formats and platform opportunities to deliver differentiated, audience-specific digital storytelling
  • Create and manage content for senior WorldQuant executives, including channel oversight, editorial planning and performance reporting
  • Partner on social listening and monitoring to identify trends, reputational risks and potential content escalations across brands, executives and platforms
  • Analyze social and digital performance to surface insights, inform recommendations and drive ongoing optimization
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to produce digital assets and ensure all work aligns with brand standards, messaging priorities and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
  • 6–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media or communications, ideally in-house or at an agency within financial services, technology, media, professional services or another regulated or reputation-sensitive environment
  • Proven success managing organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook and emerging channels
  • Strong experience building and managing content calendars, campaign plans and always-on social programming
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial judgment, with the ability to tailor messaging across platforms, audiences, executives and brand voices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content and campaigns that advance brand awareness, executive visibility, employer branding and business goals
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using performance data to identify trends, generate insights and recommend optimizations
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail and a collaborative working style, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines and approvals in a fast-paced environment

Pay

  • The estimated base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
