About the role
Writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications.
Responsibilities
- Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
- Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and how they are serviced
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Conducting content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides and standards
- Collaborating with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
- Balancing pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to meet tight delivery timeframes
- Proactively maintaining an understanding of the latest product, process, and technology developments that could impact content delivery
- Supporting content transformation efforts in DCMS that increase process automation, making content easier to produce and consume
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong business and technical writing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Understanding of how Company products and services are administered and serviced by WI associates

- Producing timely, quality compliant, easy-to-use content that drives achievement of business performance objectives
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business partners
- Ability to build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for a diverse set of content consumers
