Digital Consulting Senior Director, Oracle Healthcare

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Senior Director, Oracle Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This senior leadership role will guide large-scale Oracle-enabled transformation work within healthcare, with a strong emphasis on strategy, execution, and client impact. The position will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape solutions that align operational needs with scalable technology. It will also lead cross-functional teams, strengthen client relationships, and help drive continued engagement growth in complex implementation environments. Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,000 – $275,000 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement effective solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive additional project work Lead teams to deliver results that exceed engagement objectives Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Inspire confidence and trust in clients and team members Translate operational requirements into scalable Oracle solutions Guide cross-functional teams through complex implementation processes Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT or consulting Proven leadership in enterprise Oracle implementations and transformation programs Extensive healthcare industry experience, preferably on the provider side Expertise in leading Oracle implementations within healthcare environments Strong ability to translate organizational strategy into Oracle-enabled solutions In-depth knowledge of Oracle enterprise applications and strategic leadership across Oracle Cloud solutions Experience managing complex, cross-functional implementation programs Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Participation in wellness programs Eligibility for annual incentive compensation based on performance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
