Digital Consulting Director-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Technical)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of analysts, associates, and managers
• ID and address knowledge gaps within the technical practice
• Discover and implement strategies to enhance team capabilities
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources
• Oversee engagement economics and ensure high-quality project deliverables
• Contribute technical expertise during client pursuit activities

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a technical developer and 5+ years as a technical lead with specific expertise in Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) and groovy scripting
• 8-10 years in a consulting or advisory role as a technical specialist, architect, or developer
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously of varying scale and duration
• Capacity to support pursuit activities as a technical expert during orals
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
