Digital Consulting Director-Oracle EPM Planning

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Digital Consulting Director with a focus on Oracle EPM Planning to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives centered on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology solution architecture and implementation
• Oversee client engagement delivery and program management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal teams
• Drive project delivery and support business development efforts
• Mentor and train junior staff on project management and technical skills
• Convert client engagement into additional project opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet or exceed engagement goals

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in consulting or advisory roles for enterprise-scale implementations
• Expertise in Oracle EPM Planning with end-to-end consulting experience
• Strong project management and implementation planning skills
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration
• Ability to gain trust from senior executives through professionalism
• Demonstrated thought leadership in relevant fields
• Capacity to manage multiple varying scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and willingness to travel up to 50%

Pay

$175,000 – $225,000 annually
