Digital Collections Representative

In-Office

• Follow set procedures and steps to review accounts
• Communicate with clients to resolve collections accounts
• Respond to client/customer or attorney inquiries via email

Requirements

• Prior law firm experience
• Prior banking or logistics experience (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Word
• Knowledge of JST (a plus)

Schedule

Full-time, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM.
