Position Summary
Coordinates job-related activities and assignments, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Supports the recruitment and development of qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
- Supervises and develops associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Respects individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
- Act with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and encouraging learning from mistakes.
- Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity and a desire to learn, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvements.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering various stakeholders when making plans.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Pay and Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
- State Pay Differential may apply.
