We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Title: Digital Business Solutions Analyst, PSS2 Digital Business Solutions/Enterprise Applications, within the division of Information Resources & Technology Position Description paragraph: "The Digital Business Solutions Analyst will work with the functional areas across the University, including but not limited to Finance, to assist with eliciting requirements for the creation/development of new solutions, integrations, and reports; make changes to existing solutions, integrations, and reports; and, help diagnose and resolve issues. In this role, the Digital Business Solutions Analyst will develop extensive knowledge of Rowan University's applications, systems of records, and database." That's about the role. Then "Responsibilities" heading followed by bullet list (actually sentences separated by periods). We need to convert each bullet to
  • . The list includes many items. Then "Required" heading with bullet list of requirements. Then "Preferred Qualifications" heading with bullet list. Then "Salary & Benefits" heading with paragraph about salary range and benefits. Then "Notes" includes EEO etc which we should remove (boilerplate). Also "Only completed online applications..." etc remove. We need to decide sections: About the role (the initial paragraph). Responsibilities. Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Required (which could be Requirements), Preferred Qualifications (could be Qualifications). Skills maybe from Required list? Could combine. But we must only emit sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Required (Requirements), Preferred Qualifications (Qualifications), Salary & Benefits (Pay and Benefits). No explicit Skills section separate; but we could treat Skills as part of Requirements? However we have a separate Skills heading allowed; but we don't have a distinct skills list separate from requirements. Could we create Skills from the list of abilities? Might be considered skills. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Required and Preferred Qualifications into Requirements and Qualifications sections. Skills maybe not needed. Pay and Benefits: we have salary range and benefits description. Could split into Pay and Benefits sections. The posting includes both salary and benefits. So we can create Pay section with salary range, Benefits section with benefits description. Schedule: no info about schedule, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. Check if any other content like "Process monitoring, analysis, and improvement (i.e. Appman processes)" is part of responsibilities; it's included. Now we need to format. Use

    for each section heading. After heading, we need either

    for prose or

    • for list. For About the role: prose ->

      . Responsibilities: list ->

      • each item. Requirements: list ->
        • each item. Qualifications: list ->
          • each item (Preferred Qualifications). Pay: prose ->

            with salary range. Benefits: prose ->

            with benefits description. We must not include any extra text like "Notes". Also remove any duplicated lines. Let's extract the responsibilities list exactly as given. Responsibilities bullet points (as sentences separated by periods, but we can treat each sentence as a bullet). The text: "Develop and maintain understanding of internal customer requirements, workflows and departmental business support needs. Deliver precise functional specifications to include functional requirements, hierarchy, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, outstanding issues, data analysis, and data mapping to clients and development staff. Gather comprehensive business requirements and use cases and recommend appropriate solutions. Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, help establish and document specifications for development. Work with the Technical team to develop high level labor estimates to develop and deploy functionality. Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements and collaborate with Developers to estimate project impact. Work with Development, QA, and Production Support teams to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes. Provide general technical support for various administrative applications throughout campus, including travel software, procure-to-pay software, and student advising software. Work with the clients to demonstrate the changes to the system to ensure all relevant business needs are addressed. Act as an interface with IRT to communicate and advocate for longer term improvements, and ensure that technical solutions are aligned with Rowan’s technology direction. Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication. Guide clients through the System/Software, Development, Life Cycle and IT Acquisition Process. Process monitoring, analysis, and improvement (i.e. Appman processes)" We need to ensure each bullet ends without period? Keep as is. Now Required list: "Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques. Three (3) years of professional experience (SQL, Query, basic table joins, aggregate functions, data mapping, rollback, etc.) Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements. Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment. Strong consultative and advisory skills. Strong technology, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in standard query tools such as SQL. Knowledge of databases, database relationships, interfaces, and integration techniques Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or technology-related field or relevant work experience" Note: The line "Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or technology-related field or relevant work experience" is a requirement. Now Preferred Qualifications: "Experience with reporting on Higher Education, Financial, HR, or Payroll data; or, Medical systems. Experience with API’s." Now Salary & Benefits paragraph: "In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is AFT: Range 24 ($76,486 to $87,954), with placement within the range determined by candidate's qualifications, professional experience, internal equity, and other factors. For internal applicants, salary is determined per the Pay Adjustment formula (NJAC 4A:3-4.9 & 4.10). For eligible employees, benefits include: comprehensive NJ State health, dental and retirement benefits, extensive accrued time off/paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement for employee, spouse, and dependents to attend Rowan University, Glassboro. (Tuition reimbursement will apply to undergraduate degrees only for spouse and dependents). For more detailed information, please visit: https://sites.rowan.edu/hr/benefits/" We need to split into Pay and Benefits. Pay: salary range info. Benefits: benefits description. We could keep the first sentence about Pay Transparency Act and salary range as Pay. Then the benefits sentence as Benefits. We must not include the link? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive? It's a reference for more info. It's not boilerplate; it's a URL. Should we keep? It's part of the benefits section. Probably keep as part of benefits prose. Thus Benefits paragraph: "For eligible employees, benefits include: comprehensive NJ State health, dental and retirement benefits, extensive accrued time off/paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement for employee, spouse, and dependents to attend Rowan University, Glassboro. (Tuition reimbursement will apply to undergraduate degrees only for spouse and dependents). For more detailed information, please visit: https://sites.rowan.edu/hr/benefits/" Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft. We'll have:
