Digital Business Data Analyst

About the role

The Digital Business Data Analyst is responsible for capturing, analyzing, and visualizing digital channel performance to support Five Guys’ marketing and business objectives. This role leads the development of dashboards and insights using tools like Power BI along with consolidating data from multiple 3rd party vendor sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize digital channel performance.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple third-party vendor sources.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and techniques, including AI agents, to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and uncover deeper insights.
• Translate complex, multi-source data into reliable, actionable intelligence for the Digital & Analytics team.
• Inform strategy and optimize marketing spending across channels including DSP platforms, loyalty, and CRM.
• Forecast performance outcomes with confidence to support proactive decision-making.
