Digital Business Analyst

About the role
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical instincts, hands-on experience with enterprise ecommerce platforms, business acumen, and the communication skills to move effectively across scrum teams, engineering, design, and senior stakeholders. This position will support our Commerce group under our Technology Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; or Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement-gathering and documentation activities for the team's most complex, high-visibility growth initiatives, including stakeholder interviews, feature refinements, and other agile ceremonies.
- Create detailed process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to clarify requirements and support product development efforts.
- Use enterprise tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support product configuration, document workflows, and help improve operational processes.
- Perform data analysis on product usage and financial data to support organizational decision-making on priority and measure feature outcomes.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, program managers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and support solution scoping across systems.
- Create web analytics tagging requirements and data visualizations as needed to provide visibility into product performance and usage.
- Provide clear and concise communication to align team members, stakeholders, and leadership with the Commerce product vision.
- Independently remove blockers to progress and proactively manage risk, including identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies with minimal oversight.
- Participate in QA and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and minimize defects at launch.
- Apply agile and scrum principles and practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business or Product Analyst for enterprise-scale digital-related programs.
- Proven success working within an enterprise system environment, such as SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, to implement solutions.
- Experience with product tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and funnel metrics (conversion, AOV, attach rate, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or equivalent experience; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.

Pay
Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 based upon experience. Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of the base salary.
