Shape The Future Of Red Funnel's Digital Experience Are you passionate about creating seamless digital experiences and translating business needs into practical solutions? We're looking for a Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in the evolution of Red Funnel's customer-facing digital platforms, including our website, mobile app and supporting systems. Working closely with business stakeholders, developers, UX specialists and third-party partners, you'll help turn ideas into digital solutions that improve the customer journey and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business, customer and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Map customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences.
• Support the delivery of website, mobile app and digital platform enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with developers, UX designers and suppliers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creating test scripts and validating outcomes.
• Analyse digital performance data and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help evaluate new technologies, integrations and digital platforms.
• Contribute to delivering a digital roadmap that supports Red Funnel's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in a Business Analyst role within digital, IT or technology environments
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills
• Experience creating user stories and functional specifications
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience supporting system testing and implementation activities
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience working on websites, mobile applications, e-commerce or customer-facing platforms
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with customer journey mapping and service design
• Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms
• Understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Experience within transport, tourism, retail or customer service environments
