About the role
As a Digital Assurance and Transparency Tech Associate, you will engage in client support activities within our Assurance practice, focusing on data, analytics, and technology solutions. You will contribute to enhancing trust and confidence in financial and non-financial information, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and drive their business forward. Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement by contributing to data, analytics, and technology solutions
- Assisting in the integration of ERP systems to enhance business processes
- Participating in the development and implementation of IT controls to maintain data integrity
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize performance
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality audit and assurance services
- Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and improve decision-making
- Applying active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Developing technical skills in data analysis and technology tools to support client projects
- Building confidence in financial reporting through independent and objective assessments
- Upholding transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements in all engagements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements
Qualifications
- Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous learning
- Utilizing ERP system integration skills to enhance business processes
- Engaging in business process improvement to optimize performance
- Applying IT controls knowledge to maintain compliance and integrity
Pay
The salary range for this position is $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
