The Opportunity

As a Digital Assurance and Transparency Data Associate, you will engage in client support activities within our Assurance practice, focusing on business transformation digital solutions. You will contribute to projects that enhance trust and confidence in financial and non-financial information, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments and drive their business forward. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge by participating in project tasks, supporting senior staff, and engaging in research. Responsibilities

  • Supporting client engagement by contributing to digital assurance and technology projects
  • Developing skills in auditing and data analysis to enhance financial reporting processes
  • Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools and Python for data-driven insights
  • Engaging in teamwork to deliver quality client support and uphold transparency
  • Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for business transformation
  • Participating in the evaluation of internal controls to promote compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with experienced auditors to provide objective assessments and drive business forward
  • Building a personal brand by learning and adapting to complex situations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, Computer Programming
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

Skills

  • Preference for a 3.5 overall GPA
  • Before starting full-time, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes
  • Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Utilizing Python and Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for data analysis
  • Engaging in auditing and client support to enhance decision-making
  • Excelling in teamwork and communication to build client connections

Pay

$53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
