Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Assets Product Lead in developing and refining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset capabilities within Wealth Management.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear product narratives, requirements, business cases, milestones, and decision materials.
- Evaluate opportunities across client segments, advisor workflows, and channels, with a focus on practical product fit, regulatory feasibility, economics, and operating model impact.
- Develop decision-ready analysis across digital asset topics, including crypto access, tokenization, stablecoins, custody and settlement models, market structure, wallets, and digital asset ecosystem participation.
- Support internal education and stakeholder discussions by framing digital asset product concepts in a clear, balanced, and institutionally relevant manner for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Own discrete workstreams from discovery through launch readiness, including scope definition, requirements, stakeholder alignment, dependency tracking, testing support, issue resolution, and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with Technology, Architecture, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Service, and business stakeholders to define product capabilities, control requirements, operating models, and implementation plans.
- Define and track success metrics, including adoption, utilization, revenue or AUM contribution, client and advisor experience, operational performance, and risk/control indicators.
- Prepare concise executive-ready materials, including product updates, business cases, implementation plans, risk/benefit trade-offs, market scans, and decision frameworks.
- Create structure, clarify next steps, and drive follow-through without relying on formal authority to maintain momentum across matrixed initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in product strategy, product execution, business strategy, platform strategy, consulting, fintech, or related roles within financial services.
- A strong traditional finance foundation, ideally across wealth management, broker-dealer platforms, advisory, custody, asset management, banking, capital markets, or regulated financial services platforms.
- Applied digital asset experience through product, strategy, consulting, operating model, infrastructure, regulatory, or platform initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated or highly controlled environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-ready memos, product narratives, structured analysis, and decision materials.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguity into clear issues, options, trade-offs, and execution paths.
- A high attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in an internal strategy, product, platform, or innovation role at a major financial institution.
- Experience supporting, launching, or scaling digital asset capabilities within wealth management, brokerage, banking, asset management, or fintech environments.
- Experience evaluating vendors, partners, and technology providers, including commercial, operational, control, and third-party risk considerations.
- Experience developing business cases or product roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes such as adoption, AUM, revenue, client outcomes, risk reduction, or operating efficiency.
Skills
- Execution-oriented builder who can convert strategy into requirements, governance, milestones, and delivered capabilities.
- Strong judgment and risk awareness, with the ability to balance innovation, client value, operational feasibility, regulatory expectations, and controls.
- A low-ego collaborator who can work effectively across Technology, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Service, and business partners.
- A clear, structured communicator who can influence stakeholders with facts, trade-offs, recommendations, and next steps.
- An intellectually curious and externally aware individual with the ability to monitor market developments and translate relevant insights into product action.
