Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of digital assets product, program, and transformation engagements for banking and capital markets clients, including initiatives involving tokenization, blockchain-enabled operating models, digital asset custody, and adjacent payments capabilities
  • Managing small engagements or key workstreams within large, complex programs spanning digital assets strategy, product roadmap development, operating model design, process improvement, risk and controls coordination, and implementation planning
  • Defining project scope, workplans, deliverables, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, and driving execution against timelines and budgets for digital assets and transformation initiatives
  • Translating client business objectives into digital assets product strategies, target-state operating model recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans, while overseeing the quality of team analyses and deliverables
  • Maintaining client stakeholder relationships across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and legal functions; contributing to proposals and thought leadership; and coaching junior practitioners to support high-quality delivery and practice growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles
  • 8+ years of experience leading large, complex technology programs in a client-facing or consulting environment
  • 8+ years of experience identifying client business issues, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing deliverable quality, and developing client recommendations
  • Experience in payments or digital assets from at least one prior role, including real-time payments, cross-border payments, card networks, automated clearing house (ACH), wire, International Organization for Standardization 20022 (ISO 20022), blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), or stablecoins
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • Advanced degree, including Master of Business Administration or Master of Science
  • Experience with financial services technology platforms and digital innovation, including payment processors, core banking systems, digital wallets, or blockchain protocols
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: retail banking, commercial banking, transaction banking, wholesale banking, cards and payments, private equity, or capital markets
  • Certification or formal training in one or more of the following: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, or similar product or program management methodology
  • Experience developing and presenting proposal responses, business cases, or executive presentations for financial services clients
  • Experience presenting to director-, vice president-, or C-suite-level stakeholders within large financial institutions

Benefits

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $148,200 to $292,300.

Schedule

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
