Digital Asset Coordinator

About the role

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online music instrument and pro audio gear retailer, is seeking a thorough, meticulous, and self-directed individual to join our growing Marketing team as a Digital Asset Coordinator. You will be responsible for image and video file acquisition, processing, and maintenance of product pages.

Responsibilities

• Review and load assets from new product lists
• Obtain, review, and embed YouTube videos posted by and received from vendors
• Maintain and update images as needed on product pages
• Remove obsolete images and videos from the website and from media servers
• Fulfill requests for assets from various teams
• Audit product presentation accuracy and determine if assets are suitable for use, meeting Sweetwater standards

Requirements

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Basic Adobe Photoshop navigation and editing skills
• Proficiency in OS file systems and management
• Real-time analysis and decision-making ability
• High level of grammar and spelling accuracy
• General musical instrument knowledge
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally via phone and email

Location

Relocation to our state-of-the-art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
