Digital and Technology Insights Lead

Job Summary

The Digital and Technology Insights Lead will drive timely transparency and data-driven decision making within the Digital and Technology organization, collaborating with the Office of the CDTO and other leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify key data and metrics, develop visualizations, and provide ongoing support for reporting and analytics to inform the Digital and Technology team.
• Work with partners to develop, standardize, and maintain a scalable set of data sources and analytics.
• Communicate key deliverables and timelines between the CDTO and senior management.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support D&T strategy, identify trends, and influence cross-functional partners.
• Establish key performance indicators and prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver relevant insights.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in collaboration with the Enterprise Data team and Data Privacy and Security team.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge in data management, modeling, and analytics with experience in dashboarding tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI.
• Advanced certifications or Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis in technology teams, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, detail-oriented, able to see the big picture, and effective at high and detailed levels.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Management or equivalent work experience, required.

• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and operations with knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
