Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern

Hilltop Holdings is seeking a Digital Analytics & Marketing Operations Intern to support the optimization of digital experiences through data analysis, quality assurance, content governance, and marketing operations. This role assists with website taxonomy management, customer journey mapping, campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics validation while helping maintain organized documentation and processes. The intern will also research and test approved AI tools to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency, contributing insights and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Help develop and maintain website content taxonomies and governance documentationMap customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital experiencesSupport website, content, campaign, and analytics QAAssist with campaign tracking, reporting, and data organizationResearch and test approved AI tools, with a focus on automating repetitive marketing operations, QA, reporting, and documentationDocument experiments, processes, findings, and recommendationsSupport digital experience and marketing operations projects as assignedOther duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Rising Senior pursuing business, marketing, or related field is preferred Some experience (1 – 2 years) is preferred but not required Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac), and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills.
