Digital Analytics Analyst
What's the Job?
Own analytics strategy and measurement end-to-end, ensuring tracking accuracy across web properties as new pages, features, and user flows are launched.
Maintain and evolve segment definitions to reflect business changes, ensuring consistency and precision across all reporting platforms.
Lead the setup of analytics platforms such as Amplitude during and after platform migration, including event taxonomy, funnel configuration, and dashboard development.
Manage a portfolio of 5-8 concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks and driving measurable backlog reduction.
Absorb ad-hoc analysis requests, transforming quick-turnaround questions into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- 2-4 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a related data role.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Amplitude strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of web tracking fundamentals such as event schemas, funnels, session analysis, and attribution models.
- Proven ability to manage reporting, product analytics, and marketing measurement across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
