Digital Advertising Account Manager SMB

Client: Leading Entertainment Firm Title: Customer Success Manager, SMB Location: Hollywood, CA 90028 - Onsite Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range: ($40 - $50) on an hourly basis Overview: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage small and medium-sized business (SMB) advertising accounts, strengthen client relationships, optimize campaign performance, and drive account growth. The role combines account management, digital advertising expertise, and sales, with a focus on customer retention and revenue expansion. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience managing client accounts and identifying revenue growth opportunities. Proficiency in Sales force CRM and familiarity with advertising technology platforms. Understanding of digital advertising campaigns, performance metrics, delivery, and reporting. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Media industry experience preferred; Connected TV (CTV) experience is a plus. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of SMB advertising clients and build strong, long-term relationships. Lead customer onboarding and drive adoption of the advertising platform. Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results and ROI. Identify upselling opportunities and achieve individual revenue targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines in Sales force. Resolve campaign delivery and trafficking issues in collaboration with internal teams. Partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to improve customer outcomes. Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
