Digital Accessibility Support Specialist
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have:
- Position Summary (description of PSU, OIT, role). Could map to "About the role" or maybe "Position Summary". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly.
We have duties broken into categories with percentages: Consultation, Training, and Support (30%); Digital Accessibility Resource Management (20%); Team Support and Related Projects (20%); Information Technology (IT) Contract Reviews (20%); Other Duties as Assigned (10%). That's responsibilities.
We have Minimum Qualifications and Additional Minimum Qualifications (list). That's Requirements/Qualifications.
We have Preferred Qualifications (list). Could be Skills or Qualifications.
We have OIT Attributes for Success and Key Cultural Competencies (maybe Skills or Requirements). Could be included under Skills.
We have Work Days/Hours: On campus Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Up to one day remote, with approval. That's Schedule.
We have Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement: salary range $48,852-$73,500 per year, benefits description. That's Pay and Benefits.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove those.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Not invent.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe OIT Attributes and Cultural Competencies), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for each.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content.
Let's extract content:
About the role: Position Summary paragraphs: description of PSU, OIT, role summary. Could combine.
We have two paragraphs: first about PSU, second about OIT, third about role summary. We'll combine into prose.
Responsibilities: list of duty categories with percentages and bullet details. We'll create
with each duty as - containing the description (including percentages). Could also embed percentages inside.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications from Classification + Additional Minimum Qualifications For This Position. We'll combine into a list.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications list.
Skills: OIT Attributes for Success (Coaching, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Proactive, Teamwork) and Key Cultural Competencies (list). Could combine into a Skills section.
Benefits: benefits package description: 95% premium-paid healthcare; generous retirement and vacation package; reduced tuition rates for employees, spouses, or dependents at any of the Oregon Public Universities. Also mention Total Compensation Calculator link? Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive. We'll include.
Pay: salary range $48,852-$73,500 per year, starting salary may be negotiable above range dependent on knowledge etc. We'll include that.
Schedule: Work Days/Hours: On campus Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Up to one day remote, with approval.
We must not include application instructions, background check, etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we will omit "You will need to pass a background check..." etc.
Also remove "Additional Information" about accommodation request etc. That's application instructions? It's about accommodation request; might be considered boilerplate? Probably remove.
We also need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
