Nutrition that Works, LLC has provided Registered Dietitian services to healthcare communities for over 15 years.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments and documentation using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
- Perform calculations and provide recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings.
Requirements
- Credentialed by the CDR Dietetic licensure.
- Positive attitude and client‑centered approach.
- Strong communication skills.
