About the role

Nutrition that Works, LLC is currently seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in an acute care/skilled nursing facility in Fairfax, SC for 16 hours per week. Enjoy a flexible schedule and competitive compensation while making a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS
• Calculate tube feeding
• Provide recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• South Carolina State Licensure
• Strong communication skills and a client-centered mindset
• Positive, professional attitude
