About the role

Our Servers are critical players in making sure our dining operations are top-notch, ultimately delivering an exceptional resident dining experience. Same-day pay is available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Take resident food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages
• Set up and clean the dining room before and after meals

Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• No prior server experience necessary
• High School students welcome
