Dietary Team Lead

About the role

Serves as a supervisor and coordinator for staff at various brand outlets. Involved in coaching, training, and developing team members. Ensures high standards of customer service through timely service, accurate product assembly, and cashiering. Assists management with cash control, special functions, and catering. Participates in interviewing and selecting staff, and provides input on disciplinary actions according to Human Resources guidelines. Completes employee performance evaluations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates staff at brand outlets
• Coaches, trains, and develops team members
• Ensures positive customer service through timely execution of service, accurate product assembly, and cashiering
• Affords assistance to management with cash control, special functions, and catering
• Participates in interviewing and selecting staff, and provides input on disciplinary actions according to Human Resources guidelines
• Completes employee performance evaluations in a timely manner
• Performs computer-related activities as required

Requirements

• Four (4) years experience working in a hospital, commercial restaurant, or other food service operation
• Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions in English, with fluency in Spanish desirable
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
