This full-time Lead Diet Aide position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a beautiful healthcare setting supporting skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care—without the late nights and high stress of restaurant serving.
Pay
$19–21 per hour.
Schedule
40 hours per week with a split schedule: 6:30 AM–2:30 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Includes working weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical appearance of dining rooms and service kitchens, including staff presentation, table settings, chairs, floors, and general sanitation.
- Communicate with cooks and diet aides to ensure food is prepared to proper temperature, quality appearance, consistency, and timeliness of service.
- Delegate tasks and assist with pre-meal preparations before each meal service.
- Ensure diet rosters are accurate and communicated to all staff.
- Fulfill and monitor inventory needs across satellite kitchens, neighborhood kitchens, and storage areas.
- Confer with supervisors regarding dining room needs, special events, planning, and implementation of new systems.
- Meet with new admissions, residents, families, and visitors to explain meal programs, menus, preferences, dining times, and related matters.
- Assist with new hire education, training, and staff development.
- Serve meals to residents with care and positivity.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety.
- Work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Provide optimum hospitality services to residents and their guests.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a server and/or dietary aide in a senior living community or healthcare center.
- Ability to interpret and explain menus, coordinate meal service, and address resident requests.
- High level of customer care delivered with compassion.
- Comfortable working weekends, occasional holidays, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Arizona Food Handler Card required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flu vaccine required.
