Dietary supervisor (12 p.m. -8 p.m.)

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary aides and kitchen staff during shift
• Ensure food is prepared and served per care plans/diet orders
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• Support inventory, ordering, and portion control
• Assist with resident meal satisfaction and special requests
