Dietary/Kitchen Aide

Job Summary

The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders.
• Ensure food, kitchen, facility etc., is prepared or kept in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Avoid ensuring the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
• Aid in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience is preferred.
