What You Will Do
- You will utilize your skills, knowledge, and clinical judgement to provide a high standard of care clinical research.
- Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Follows specific study dietary requisitions completed by the study/clinical coordinator to create menus
- Works with the dietician for nutritional guidance as needed
- Places dietary orders with appropriate vendor
- Captures dietary supply inventory levels in a cost-efficient manner
- Maintains cost records for study meal cost reports
- Captures dietary duties and schedules of the Dietary Assistant
- Sustains soft drink inventory
- Supports and participates in Corporate and Departmental initiatives
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Food Service Certification preferred
- Computer skills including data entry, word processing, and electronic mail system
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to function effectively in a work environment with time restraints
- 1-2 years of related experience

- Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate lab equipment
- Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck
- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
- Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Variety of hours may be required
