About the role

Signet Health at Permian Behavioral Medical Center is hiring for Dietary staff at our new inpatient psychiatric hospital! These positions are responsible for the daily operation of the Dietary services, including ordering, inventory, and preparing food items for the patients, staff, and visitors of Permian Behavioral, Midland VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Dietary services
• Manage ordering and inventory of food items
• Prepare food for patients, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

• Two years previous experience in institutional food preparation
• Ability to follow written policies and procedures
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use or be trained to use all equipment/materials necessary for proper dietary procedures
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Handler's Card
• CPR certification (required or able to obtain prior to start)
