Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with meal service, including transporting meals to patient rooms and serving patients
- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare menus, specials, and events
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, production, and waste management
