Responsibilities

• Preparing Meals: Follow specific procedures to prepare meals, snacks, and beverages for patients, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are adhered to.
• Serving Meals: Serve meals to patients, ensuring each dish aligns with the prescribed menu and maintaining timeliness and accuracy in delivery.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace by setting up and taking down dining areas, washing dishes, and keeping kitchen equipment and appliances in good condition.
• Inventory Management: Take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized.
• Knowledge of Protocols: Stay informed about facility-specific procedures, state regulations, and individual dietary requirements, collaborating with Dietitians, Chefs, and Doctors to plan menus.
