Key Responsibilities
- Aid in meal preparation and food service for residents according to dietary plans and preferences.
- Set up dining areas and ensure they are clean and properly arranged.
- Deliver meals to residents in dining rooms and/or room service style.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to residents and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent service.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
