Job Summary and Qualifications

• Responsible for preparation of patient cold foods according to the tally.
• Preparation and setup of doctors dining salad bar along with setting up and working the tray line for breakfast and lunch.
• If applicable, assist with special functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Clark County Food Handlers Card OR ServSafe Food Protection Manager
• Customer service skills a plus
• Prior hospital food service cooking and sanitation and safety experience necessary
• Culinary Certificates a plus but not required
