About the role
Taylor Regional Hospital is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. The position is located at the hospital's cafe and is full-time with weekend rotations required.
Responsibilities
- Checks in weekly stock orders
- Maintains and monitors stock properly
- Willing to wash, sanitize, and maintain dishes and kitchen equipment
- Follows all health, infection control, and safety procedures
- Follows HIPAA compliance
- Complies with food safety regulations (food temps, cross contamination prevention, personal hygiene, food storage, etc)
- Affixes to deliver meals to patients and residents
- Works cash register as needed
- Open to helping in all areas of department as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred background in food preparation and sanitary measures
