Dietary Aide | Full Time (PM Shift) - $500 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Serve meals in the health center pantries. Wash silver, glass, china in dish machines in pantries as per regulation. Provide health center snacks and supplements per diet orders. Maintain stock and sanitation levels in coffee and juice machines in dining rooms. Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Ensure that orders match physician's diet orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to understand measurements and conversions.
• Ability to plan and organize work, set up trays and plates in accordance with diet orders, and interpret specifications and standards.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers.
• Requires empathy for the elderly.
• Food Service Hander Certification Required.
• One year of dietary or food service experience at a senior living community.

Pay

$17 - $18.50 per hour, based on experience. Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid in 2 increments, 6 months & 12 months.

Schedule

12PM - 7:30PM, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends.
