About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Dietary Aide to join our team at Aventura at Carriage Inn in Dayton, Ohio. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutrition and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving delicious meals and snacks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Assist with menu planning, food ordering, and inventory management
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan and prepare special meals and events
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in food service or a related field preferred
• ServSafe certification a plus
