Dietary Aide (6a-2:30p)

As a Dietary Aide, you’ll help create welcoming dining moments for older adults by providing friendly service, supporting meal preparation, and being part of a team that makes a difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Serving meals with friendliness, respect, and care
• Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and meal setup
• Supporting residents by ensuring they receive the correct meals according to dietary guidelines
• Keeping dining areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Washing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with kitchen tasks
• Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Providing excellent customer service while working alongside a supportive Dining Services team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (work permit will be required if under 18)
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Dietary Aide or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Full‑time position with shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Every other weekend and every other holiday is required for all Dietary team members; hours may vary based on department needs.
