Dietary Aid Full Time

About the role

The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are seeking team-oriented Dietary Aides who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service for a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Practice good sanitation in handling food and equipment through knowledge and application of infection control techniques and standards.
• Perform tasks with accuracy and in a manner demonstrating care for equipment and environment.
• Assist in meal service by pouring beverages, plating food, preparing, and loading trays onto carts.
• Deliver nourishment carts to eating areas.
• Serve as dish room operator by completing assigned tasks necessary for dish and cart cleanup and storage in accordance with procedures.
• Organize work tasks to perform in an efficient and timely manner.
• Attend in-service meetings and participate in continuing education to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills.
• Maintain the confidential nature of residents and the work environment.
• Perform daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Prepare and serve all patient meals utilizing menus that address preferences, diet orders, and interventions, ensuring meals are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Serve food in accordance with established policies.

Requirements

• Food service experience is preferred.

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour.
