About the role
We are seeking a Diet Technician to provide nutritional services in a resident-centered elder care setting, primarily serving a geriatric population aged 62 to 85+, with some younger adults.
Responsibilities
- Ensure dietary services promote elders' autonomy and dignity
- Communicate care and concern
- Made prompt judgments in emergencies
- Work effectively within a self-directed team
Qualifications
- An Associate degree in dietetic technology from an ADA-accredited program
- Registered Dietetic Technician certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in supervision, nutrition, and food service is preferred
