Diet Clerk Coordinator

About the role

Supervises diet clerk team to ensure appropriate monitoring and coordination of patient selective menu process, including age-specific criteria ensuring compliance with physicians' diet orders, approved Diet Manual, and any patient-specific orders from Clinical Nutrition Staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises opening/closing of department in absence of Management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Two (2) years experience in health care food service required.
• Able to speak clearly and communicate effectively on telephone and in person.
• Able to cope with peak production and service times that require speed and concentration.
• Strong computer skills.

$11.00 - $16.63 per hour, based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

Bi-Weekly: 75.00 hours
Standard Hours: 5a-1p & 12p-8p
