What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and trailers to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Diagnose and fix diesel engine issues—from minor tune-ups to major overhauls.
- Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Work as part of a skilled team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience as a diesel and/or trailer mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of trailer systems, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulics.
- CDL or certifications are a plus but not required.
- Able to lift and move heavy equipment—this isn’t a desk job.
- A team player with a commitment to quality and safety.
