Diesel Technician - Forklift

Pay

$21/hr to $38/hr based on experience; sign‑on bonus; hourly pay based on experience; company vehicle provided (take‑home service truck); commission opportunities for service work and upselling parts/equipment.

Schedule

No weekends & flexible daily field scheduling (first shift).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize customer downtime
• Hit the road to various customer sites—every day brings a different machine and a new challenge
• Ensure all equipment is safe, compliant, and up to solid operating standards
• Log service work accurately and communicate clearly with the branch dispatch team

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience repairing forklifts or heavy equipment (electric, propane, and diesel)
• Strong diagnostic instincts and a safety‑first mindset on the job
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the company truck
