About the role
We are seeking a Highly Skilled Diesel Technician (A-Level) to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks in a fast-paced service center.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues on heavy-duty diesel trucks
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Conduct complex component repairs
- Ensure compliance with federal DOT inspections
- Troubleshoot air brake, electrical, and emission systems using industry-standard diagnostic tools
- Work both in-shop and mobile field diagnostics
- Maintain a clean and safe professional environment
- Represent the company proudly
Qualifications and skills
- At least 5+ years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Mechanical aptitude for gas and diesel engines
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
- Journey-level mechanic experience (preferred)
- CDL-A (preferred)
- ASE certifications (preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willing to relocate to Indianapolis
